BRIC Contemporary Artist Registry

The Registry is online!

Founded in 1983, the BRIC Contemporary Artist Registry is Brooklyn’s oldest visual artist registry, and one of its largest; it includes the portfolios of over 1,000 visual artists who were born in, live in, work in, or have a studio in the borough of Brooklyn.

Our newly launched online registry is open to all Brooklyn-affiliated artists and is free to join and use. The new, web-based registry allows artists to take control of every aspect of their online Artist File, including uploading and updating images and information at their convenience. Anyone from around the world is able to browse and search the online registry using any combination of media, keywords, and Brooklyn neighborhoods. With a free membership, users are able to save and keep track of their favorite artists and images, email registry artists, and email direct links to Artist Files to friends.
