BRIC invites you to an open house for our studio rentals
Bridge Space is a new initiative with BRIC and Two Trees to dedicate 2,800 square feet of artist studio space in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn at below-market rent to applicants starting August 2021-June 2022.
Through Bridge Space, artists can lease a studio within a commercial building located at 20 Jay Street, in a landmarked, industrial loft building that includes numerous artist studios. Come by to check out the 5 semi-private studios located in two separate spaces.
