Available Positions
BRIC seeks a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Custodian to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment across our facilities. This role is essential to the daily operations of BRIC, supporting staff, artists, audiences, and community members by ensuring that our spaces are clean, functional, and ready for use.
The Custodian reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to support both day-to-day building needs and special events.
BRIC seeks a qualified Seasonal Membership Associate to support events during BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn, located at the Lena Horne Bandshell in Prospect Park. During the events, duties will include creating an excellent visitor experience, preparing the site for each performance, ensuring smooth operation of entrances/exits, and handling audience concerns.
The Senior Director of Operations & Production is a key leadership role responsible for unifying production, operations, and technology to deliver exceptional, complex programming across BRIC’s platforms and venues. This position shapes operational strategy and ensures the systems, teams, and infrastructure are in place to bring ambitious artistic work to life.
BRIC seeks an Associate Director, Marketing & Communications to support the development and execution of marketing plans across programming, oversee social media strategy, and ensure brand consistency. This role manages day-to-day marketing operations and partners with the Director on long-term strategy.
BRIC seeks a Green Team member whose primary responsibilities include daily clean-up of all site and restroom facilities for the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival to ensure an excellent audience experience of the venue.
BRIC seeks an Entrance Staff Team Member, who will be part of a dynamic team welcoming audience members, answering questions, and soliciting donations at the entrances to the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! site. Each Entrance Staff Team Member will be responsible for engaging with audience members as they enter the venue. This individual should have experience interacting with the public to positively engage the audience and represent the message of BRIC and the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! experience.
BRIC seeks a Seasonal Technical Director who will work as part of a production team committed to high-level production values and safety and who will contribute to a positive artist, audience, and staff experience.
