Niki Williams is a creative executive, producer, and brand strategist with two decades of experience across animation, live-action, and digital media. She most recently served as the Executive in Charge on Face’s Music Party, the reboot of Nickelodeon’s iconic character, and was a Senior Manager of Current Series, overseeing hits like PAW Patrol, Santiago of the Seas, Bossy Bear & Tim Rex…In Space.
At USC School of Cinema & TV Production alum, Niki began her career at DreamWorks SKG and Nickelodeon Movies, contributing to films like SpongeBob, Charlotte’s Web, and Nacho Libre. She later led development at Julia Pistor Productions, shaping projects with Walden Media, Mattel, and will.i.am, before joining DreamWorks Animation on The Boss Baby.
Now based in NYC, Niki is the founder of IndigoInk, a creative agency devoted to bold storytelling. Her work spans branded content, audience strategy, and mentorship, all with a sharp eye for cultural relevance and emotional resonance.
Her proudest collaboration, however, remains her 85-year-old tuxedo cat, a retired philosopher with a gift for song and a disdain for spiders.
