Thank you for your interest in BRIC’s Fellowship Programs! Please note, you may only apply to one of the two fellowships: Teen Curatorial or Teen Media. Participants of both fellowships will receive a stipend! Program sessions will be paid at a $17/hr rate for 2 hours a week and will be paid bi-weekly throughout the fellowship. Payment amounts will be based on attendance. Please note, in-person participation is required for both fellowships and will take place at BRIC.
The BRIC Teen Curatorial Fellowship focuses on developing and producing the Annual For-Teens-By-Teens: BRIC’s Youth Contemporary Art Exhibition. The gallery exhibition will showcase Visual Arts pieces created by NYC high school age artists. Meets Wednesdays 4-6pm.
The BRIC Teen Media Fellowship focuses on developing and producing Concrete Stories: BRIC Youth Media Festival. The annual festival showcases ten short films of various genres created by NYC youth producers under 21 years old. Meets Thursdays 4-6pm.

SELECTION TIMELINE:
Step 1.) Complete Application by September 17, 2026.
Step 2.) If selected, you will receive an invite to a virtual interview.
Step 3.) If selected, you will receive an offer to join the 2026-2027 Fellowship by September 30, 2026.
