BRIC seeks a strategic and employee-centered Director, People & Culture to lead all aspects of the organization's human resources function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational culture initiatives. The Director will serve as a trusted partner to staff and leadership while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
BRIC seeks a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Custodian to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment across our facilities. This role is essential to the daily operations of BRIC, supporting staff, artists, audiences, and community members by ensuring that our spaces are clean, functional, and ready for use.
The Custodian reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to support both day-to-day building needs and special events.
