New BRIC Arts Media Board Members
Brooklyn, NY (JULY 1, 2026) — BRIC, the pioneering arts, media, and education institution based in Brooklyn, is proud to announce the addition of three distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors: Dayan Abeyaratne, Isaac Josephson, and Randall “Sickamore” Medford. These new members’ combined expertise and powerful commitments to culture will bolster BRIC’s mission to empower and amplify creative voices throughout Brooklyn and beyond.

Dayan Abeyaratne has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking. He specializes in advising corporate and financial clients on both mergers and acquisitions, and on financing transactions. Mr. Abeyaratne is a Partner at PJT Partners in New York where he leads the firm’s US practice in Power, Utilities & Renewables. Prior to joining PJT Partners, he held positions at the Blackstone Group, UBS Securities, Constellation Energy, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Abeyaratne received an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in Economics from Allegheny College.
Isaac Josephson is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Fubo, leading product strategy and development for the live TV streaming platform. A digital media veteran with three decades of experience, Isaac has built products and businesses for premier brands including Hearst Newspapers, Viacom, Audible, and ABC News. His career began in 1994 when he co-founded Centerstage Chicago, the world’s first online guide to local entertainment, arts, and leisure. Isaac holds a BA from Northwestern University, an MA in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, and is currently working on an MA in History from Brooklyn College.
Randall “Sickamore” Medford is a Trinidadian-born music executive and founder of three times LOUDER, a Brooklyn-based creative ecosystem shaping the future of hip-hop. A former senior A&R at Epic and Interscope, he helped craft the platinum runs of Travis Scott and Sheck Wes. Today, he works alongside Travis Scott and David Stromberg at Cactus Jack Management, where he co-manages Don Toliver, whose chart-topping album OCTANE debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Through three times LOUDER, Sickamore develops emerging voices including breakout artists Laila!, Ovrkast., and Harlem innovator Liim, building long-term careers rooted in culture, infrastructure, and world-building.
