Imposter Syndrome affects countless individuals, making it difficult to fully own their achievements and feel confident in their roles. Through engaging learning exercises and the sharing of personal stories, participants will explore practical strategies to better understand themselves and make changes that support their growth. By addressing these barriers head-on, attendees will be equipped to navigate imposter syndrome and foster a mindset that empowers them to thrive in their careers.
